We are now in the midst of a global pandemic and the activities of hackers and activists are needed more than ever. From mutual aid projects such as bringing food to neighbors, friends and special risk groups. To building virtual social centers. In crisis there are risks and possibilities for creating social change. We need to find new ways to organize when we can’t meet because of the fear of spreading the virus and when we are in ‘lockdown’. Here the knowledge that has been built by hackers over a long time is vital.

We are now in the final stage of finishing the documentary Hackitat. It tells the story of several hacker projects during 2010’s and provides a unique insight into the global political hacker movement.
